Indeed benefit of the program must be communicated among the employees.then only employees are get motivated to follow the safety procedure.Leader's responsibility to encouraging and communicating the safety procedures to employees.
It is not easy to get the employees to follow safety measurement. Employees usually do not care mush about it. One way to keep employees engaged in a safety program is to offer a reward that constantly reminds them of their success. An incentive should be desirable enough to work for and rewarding enough to motivate further improvement.
ReplyDeleteMore than desk jobs, the companies that requires employees to do manual labor should enforce safety because without it employees would be grave danger resulting in fatalities. Sometimes it's costly for the company to address all the safety issues but all in the top management should also understand that they also could be a victim for it one day.
ReplyDeleteI believe, there should be a policy about employee' health and safety rather than acting according to the situation. There are companies who doesn't have policy they respond to the situation which is not enough to mitigate the impact. So this will help to understand about why health safety important for every company.
ReplyDeleteSafety leaders don’t necessarily have to be managers or supervisors to motivate the employees It can be anybody who has positive social influence over their peers and an interest in improving safety across the organization. It’s important to note that a safety leader should be less like a hall monitor and more like a cultural influencer to motivate the employees.
